General provisions

No personal data obtained by this application is stored or further processed outside the scope of your existing browser session with this portal. We use your personal information only to compare it with our already existing database records for the purpose of identity verification. During the session duration, the data are stored encrypted on the application server's filesystem. After the identity verification process is complete, independent of the result, your data will be purged from the application session.

Please note that some of the methods establish user session with external identity providers and with the CAS SSO. Your first name, family name, e-mail address and phone number may be available to other applications, if you use CAS SSO session to access them. Please make sure to consult such application's personal data processing rules or log out of existing SSO session using the menu at the top right corner.

Processing data from the SvipeID service

SvipeID is commercial service providing information obtained from state issued identity documents (passports, id cards) with biometric chips using mobile application. We ask SvipeID for the following data:

• Identifier
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number
• Type of ID document
• Document Number
• Issuing Country
• Expiration Date
• Administrative Number

We ask SvipeID to perform facial recognition using mobile phone's builtin camera against the picture stored in the documents chip to verify that it is you presenting the document. No image data is shared with this portal.

Before sharing the data, SvipeID mobile application will ask for your consent.
